Not the agency's business. Your own deposit, and which milestone released each part of it.

• The pilgrim sees their own deposit

  What is held, what has been released, and which milestone did it. That is the whole of what they need and it is more than they get now.

• The pilgrim does not see the margin

  What the agency paid for a seat or negotiated for a room in a given week is its competitive position. No agency would put that into a shared system, and they would be right.

• Pilgrims do not see each other

  Who has paid in full and who is behind is not the business of the rest of the group, and a system that leaks it would be worse than the spreadsheet it replaced.

• We do not see either

  The arrangement is the pilgrim's and the agency's. We hold nothing in it.

You would not see other pilgrims in your group, and they would not see you.
