MILESTONES
One deposit, released in portions.
We do not take payments, hold client money, or sell travel. What we hold is the rule deciding when the agency may draw the deposit down, and the agency cannot rewrite that rule.

The deposit is committed
Paid against a named departure with the milestones stated in advance. Until a milestone is met, none of it is available to draw.
- 02
Tickets issued
Confirmed by the party that issued them, not by the agency asserting it. That confirmation releases the portion attached to airfare.

Visa granted
Same principle. The fact is recorded by whoever holds it, and the release follows the fact rather than the claim.
- 04
Accommodation confirmed
The last substantial portion. An agency that has booked nothing has drawn nothing, which is the whole design.
- 05
Departure, or return
What was never released was never the agency's. If the trip does not happen it goes back without anyone deciding to be generous.
An agency running a healthy operation draws its money on roughly the schedule it does today. An agency funding this year from next year's intake cannot.
